API's mission is to empower physicians in providing the best possible patient care by bringing together the resources of community physicians.

We provide a strong community physician voice in determining how care is delivered, both in terms of what it looks like clinically and how it is supported administratively and financially.
Through a balanced and equitable governance model, we strive to promote primary and specialty care within our larger affiliated system, Physician Performance (PPLLC).
Providers think of us as the IPA of choice in Eastern Massachusetts, and we are proud of our high provider satisfaction and the improvement in patient care that our network supports.
